Sangita Khanal grew up and went to school in Nepal. After graduating, she taught kindergarten to Nepalese children for many years as she enjoyed watching her students learn and grow. She then moved to the United States and found work at Great Expectations Childcare to continue her career as a teacher. She has been a part of our faculty since 2014, happy and full of energy to teach kids, which is the work that she always loved to do.
Today, she is 34 years old, a proud mother of two wonderful children who are age 9 and 6.
Sangita facilitates classes from 8:00 am to 5:15 pm, caring for infants and children under 2 years old. She is CPR and First Aid Certified.
We are blessed to have Dipa Upadhaya in our faculty at Great Expectations Childcare. Dipa is from Nepal. She is 35 years old and a mother of a 6-year old lovely young girl. She started her career as an educator by teaching kindergarten in Nepal.
She began working at Great Expectations Childcare in 2014 where she facilitated our classes for toddlers, Pre-Reading and Pre-Writing, Computer Classes as well as Arts and Crafts from 8:30 am to 6:00pm. She is CPR and First Aid Certified.
While all her educational background and teaching experience may make her competent as an educator, it is her bright and sunny attitude that inspires her students to become the very best they can be.
Sandra is a caring mother of two who loves children just as much as Sangita and Dipa. She forms part of our staff at Great Expectations Childcare as a substitute.
Although she only comes into work when one of our faculty members are unable to attend work or on leave, Sandra is considered an integral part of our family. She possesses the credentials and the length of experience in caring, nurturing and supervising the safety of young children at our learning center.
